**We are currently seeking a pickup location in the New Sudbury area. The requirements are as follows: Clothes bin(s) must be in a safe and secure area, cameras are a bonus but not necessary, clean environment, easy access for customers. In exchange for being a pickup location you will have your clothing personally delivered to you in the pickup bin as well as offered a discount on all orders you place with us. An agreement outlining all details will be provided in writing. Reach out sales@thenickelarmoire.ca if you are interested.

Oftentimes we will post “in-stock” items. These are typically limited to one single item, however, there are items that can be ordered. Keep an eye on the posts description to see if the item is available to order. The in-stock items go fast so keep an eye on our page!

How do I pay?

All regular orders must be paid prior to being placed. The only exception to this is when we hold “in-stock” sales. For those you wait for confirmation of your order prior to paying.

You can e-transfer your payment to: sales@thenickelarmoire.ca

*Please note at this time we only accept e-transfer.

*There is no password needed as we are set to auto-deposit.

Do you provide refunds?

Due to the large savings we can pass on to you the customer, all sales are final. The items we source are deeply discounted and cannot be returned. As we grow, this policy is subject to be reviewed. We strive to keep our customers satisfied. You can always visit our buy and sell group to re-list your unwanted items here: Buy and Sell Group

Can I return items?

Due to the heavy discounts we offer, all sales are considered final. We do our best to offer sizing advice, however, we strongly recommend you refer to our sizing charts as they are accurate sizing for each item.

Can I try stuff on?

Unfortunately that isn’t possible. Due to the nature of our orders we ask that you refer carefully to the sizing charts provided. We may offer this service for our “in stock sales”.

Do you ship?

We currently offer 4 pickup locations. Located in Hanmer, Azilda, Chelmsford, and on Vermillion lake road. As we grow, we may consider shipping as an option. *please not that we currently service the Greater Sudbury area only.

How do I pick up?

Choose one of our Pickup Locations (Hanmer, Azilda, Chelmsford or Vermillion)

Bins are left outside 24/7 for your convenience

There are security Cameras present for everyone’s protection (Hanmer location has auto-tracking so don’t be alarmed. 🙂 )

Lights are left on until midnight for safety.

We ask that you pickup asap so that we may continue to add more orders for everyone as they come in.

When will my order arrive?

This all depends on volume. We typically place orders weekly. Turnaround time can be 12 to 15 days from when the manufacturer ships but sometimes quicker. We notify all customers the moment orders arrive.

*Please note that the Canada Post strike, although over, currently still has an impact on ALL carriers due to added volume. This has impacted a few of our orders already.
